What percentage of tenants do you have to evict on average?
Exposure to unreliable tenants is part of the real estate ownership process. Generally, renting
to tenants that require eviction can be minimized with a thorough screening process. At
Kennedy Group Property Management, approximately 3% of tenants actually default on the
lease agreement and therefore require eviction proceedings to remove them from the property.
We stand behind our owners and will assist in several ways to help alleviate the stress of the
situation. In the few instances eviction is required, we have adequate procedures in place to
make it a smooth process for the owner.
