Our management fee is one hundred dollars a month for single family homes, condos and townhomes. We do not change upfront fees and we do not require long term contracts. Another benefit: if you have a vacant property, you do not pay management fees until we find a tenant. And also for a limited time, your first month of management is free. And finally, we offer additional incentives for owners of apartment buildings and commercial properties.
