Login by clicking “Owner login” above to view and update your owner information, view your ledger, view your financials, view documents associated with your property or to print a wide variety of reports associated with the properties we manage for you.
If you don’t have your username and password yet call us or send an email request to customerservice@kgpropertymanagement.com. Be sure to include the property address.
Tenant Login
Click “Tenant login” above to view your contact information, balance due, recent requests, announcements, payment history and documents associated with your lease.
Any non emergency repair or maintenance request must be made by clicking the ‘Requests’ tab then click ‘Submit a new request’. If we don’t contact you within 24 hours please call the office at 714-527-4500. If repairs or maintenance items are determined to have been caused by the tenant you will be charged for services rendered.
