How do you determine what contractors to work with?
Our contractors are selected on the basis of performance, responsiveness, cost and feedback.
The companies that perform in a professional manner remain a preferred vendor. Repair quotes
are reviewed by our office to determine how the vendors are bidding jobs. Because we manage
hundreds of properties, we are able to contract a discount rate for our clients. We are able to
remove contractors from our preferred vendor list at any time, for any reason. In this way we
can ensure consistency and reliability.
